• Superpile

SUPERPILE® pushes durability to the next level, with electrical-grade fiberglass and high-impact, high-strength polyurethane resin. This material provides an exceptionally strong pipe with excellent corrosion resistance, meaning fiberglass pipe piles will not rust, rot, corrode, or spall. Furthermore, SUPERPILE® pipes can be manufactured in smaller diameters and at high production rates. SUPERPILE® is supplied come in specific diameters and wall thicknesses: 10” OD with 3/8” wall 12” OD with 3/8” or ½” wall 16” OD with ½” wall

  • Superdecking

    SUPERDECK

    (2)

FRP deck that was designed, tested and evaluated for HS25-44 bridge deck applications. Superdeck® was designed to replace steel, concrete and aluminum decks where deicing salts create corrosion-related issues. Superdeck® is also ideal for reducing the dead load on existing structures. The FRP deck can be installed very quickly and by traditional attachment means that create composite action between the deck and girders.

  • Superplank Flowgrip

SuperPlank® and Flowgrip® both are pultruded as a single profile and offer a unique tongue and groove joint to reduce the number of fasteners and eliminate trip hazards that plague traditional decking products. SuperPlank® and Flowgrip® are fiberglass decking systems that are pultruded in a constant cross-section with the legs and top surface integral to the profile. The unique tongue and groove joint system locks the panels together. The interlock permits shear loads to transfer between each panel while eliminating trip hazards. The profiles are offered as a solid surface or with perforations to allow sunlight or water to pass through.

  • SuperLoc

Engineers and owners are constantly looking for the latest technology to provide solutions for waterfront protection, erosion control, landscaping, and more. Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) materials provide the ideal technology for waterfront application. Whether you need a seawall, bulkhead or retaining wall sheet piling system, FRP sheet piles have 20-years of successful history. FRP composite sheet piling is a great choice if your project requires high strength to weight ratio, corrosion resistance, low / virtually maintenance-free operation, and product versatility. The SuperLoc® sheet pile aids engineers, owners, and contractors who are looking for the ideal material for use in almost any infrastructure project. FRP sheet pile walls can be designed for anchored and cantilevered applications.

  • Ameriboard

The lightweight AMERIBOARD FIBERGLASS (FG) 1203 pultruded fiberglass decking plank has been designed for exceptional performance in harsh corrosive environments. Exhibiting a bending strength greater than that of steel with nearly twice the stiffness of a typical pultruded plank, this high strength FRP decking will span further and hold greater loads than ordinary pultruded FRP deck planks. The AMERIBOARD FIBERGLASS (FG) 1203 PLANK features an integrated wearing surface that is formed during the pultrusion process. The integral wearing surface reduces the plank weight by eliminating the need for a secondary applied antiskid surface. The AMERIBOARD plank system has been designed for ultimate strength and stiffness. In fact, it was designed to replace 2.5in. thick solid timber decking.

  • Heavy Duty Plank

Heavy Duty Plank CP064 is a heavy-duty pultruded plank section that was engineered for demanding fiberglass decking applications in which high strength and stiffness are a must. Ideal applications for this rugged plank include: Trailer decks Bridge decks Mass transit platforms Tank covers Trench covers Trough covers

  • Superdecking

For platform panels with constant cross-sections and support spans to eight (8) feet, the Superdeck Mass Transit Deck (GR250) was engineered specifically for speedy installations. Pultruded profiles are bonded together to create the panel.

  • Superdecking

Cooling Tower Deck Plank GR100 is a Pultruded Deck profile engineered to support typical design live and dead loads over a four-foot span while deflecting less than 1/4". This Fiberglass Deck section features an integrated lap splice that allows for simple and fast installations to support beams with self-drilling screws. Typical applications include cooling tower decks, tank covers, sidewalls, and odor control covers.
